I just loved reading Lanetta & Andrew’s love story and I am so excited to have them as a part of the wedding giveaway. These two met met briefly, and a few months later they were re-introduced to each other at an ugly sweater party in December. They got to know each other a little bit and their relationship grew over the next few months. I love the way Andrew proposed to Lanetta. Here is what she said about their engagement,
“We are going on a date for each letter of the alphabet. Friday March 28 I thought we were going on our ‘G’ date: Gazing at stars, but Andrew had other ideas…It ended up being our ‘Y’ date for Yes!….Andrew picked me up from my lab which got out early and drove me to Tony’s Grove were we hiked in the snow. At the spot where we took pictures when we went snowshoeing, Andrew had previously built a snow throne. He had me sit on the throne at which point he knelt down and asked me to marry him.”
So cute, huh?
