I’m so excited to be doing my first ever Wedding Photography Giveaway for a Facebook fan! I will be giving away a basic wedding package to a couple getting married in 2013! This is a prize worth over $1800! That is money that you can put toward other things (honeymoon, wedding day costs, savings account, etc.). Pretty neat, huh? You can enter for yourself OR you could put in an entry for a couple that you think is deserving of this prize!
The wedding package includes:
- 8 Hours of Wedding Day Coverage
- An online print ordering gallery for 6 months
- Disk with edited, high-resolution images from all sessions
HOW TO ENTER:
Send an e-mail including all of the following info to charisjohnsonphoto@gmail.com. Entries must be received by Thursday, May 2nd 2013 @ 11:59pm.
- Your names.
- Your wedding date.
- Your wedding location.
- Your love story.
- A photo of the two of you together (In case you get chosen as a finalist)
- A statement that you read the rules and that you agree to the terms of the giveaway. (RULES CAN BE FOUND BELOW)
Important: Send in your entry right away, because I’m limiting this contest to the first 10 eligible couples. An eligible entry includes all of the information above.
***2-3 couples will be chosen as finalists on Friday, May 3rd. Voting will be on Facebook May 5th-10th. The couple with the highest number of votes wins a free wedding package! The other two finalists will receive 30% off!
RULES FOR ENTRY:
All entries must be received electronically via email on or before 11:59 pm, May 2, 2013 to charisjohnsonphoto@gmail.com.
YOU CAN NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE ALREADY BOOKED WITH ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER.
Your wedding must be between the dates of May 18th – December 31st 2013.
If the Wedding is being held over 100 miles from Utah County, the winners must cover the transportation costs (plane/train/gas). The photographer agrees to be responsible for accommodations (Hotel & Food), if necessary.
Finalists will be notified by e-mail on Saturday, May 4th 2013. The grand prize winner will be the couple with the most votes and will be notified by e-mail on Saturday, May 11th 2013. The winning couple will be awarded the grand prize which includes: 8 hours of professional photography on their wedding day, an archival disk of approximately 400 high resolution professionally retouched photos, with a personal copyright release for printing. All images will be available in an online private gallery for 6 months, with online print ordering available. The approximate value of this prize is $1800!!
The 2 non-winning finalists will be eligible for a 30% discount on wedding photography services from Charis Johnson Photography.
The winning couple must be willing to be featured on www.charisjohnsonphoto.com and all related websites and in advertising.
